9 The Pottery

9 The Pottery occupies the first floor of a Grade II listed building in Warfleet, on the edge of Dartmouth and overlooking the creek. The building has previously been a paper mill, a bakery and a brewery before becoming the Dartmouth Pottery, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV and en suite shower room, while the double bedroom has calming blue tones and can take a Jay Be folding bed for an extra guest on request. The main bathroom has a bath, hand-held shower over it, basin and heated towel rail, but no separate shower, so the en suite is the only walk-in shower in the apartment. Exposed stone walls and ceiling beams run through the open-plan living space.

Underfloor heating covers the apartment, and the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. A Smart TV sits in the sitting area, and a second TV without terrestrial channels is fitted in the master bedroom.

A designated parking space is provided for one car, and the shop is around 0.8 miles away with the pub about 0.7 miles. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
