9 Dartmouth House

9 Dartmouth House sits in the Dartmouth House development on Mayors Avenue, a few metres' level walk from the embankment and the River Dart. Dartmouth's specialist shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants are within easy reach, along with the Royal Avenue Gardens. An entrance hallway with an airing cupboard leads onto all the main rooms.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room has two sofas, an armchair and a table for four, with French windows opening onto a furnished balcony with river views. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, which can split into two singles on request, a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own wardrobe, and a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over completes the flat, which sleeps 4.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, a four-ring gas hob with an extractor, a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Central heating covers the apartment, and a TV and WiFi are provided. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own tea towels and beach towels.

A secure underground parking space is included, reached by a lift that also serves the apartment level. No pets are allowed, and the property is strictly no smoking. Note that it sits within proximity of the fairground during Dartmouth Regatta.
