9 Dart Marina

9 Dart Marina sits in a development on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, a short, level walk from the town's boutique shops, galleries and restaurants. Two flights of stairs or a lift lead up to this spacious second-floor apartment, which sleeps 4.

The lounge has a double sofa, two armchairs, a footstool and a smart TV with Freeview and a multi-room music system, and the dining area, with a round oak table and chairs, looks out over an internal balcony area with views up and down the river to Kingswear. A staircase from the hallway leads to a study, useful as a further sitting or work space.

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a dressing table and a wall-mounted TV, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a Kaldewei bath, a shower over and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin room, with beds that zip together into a super king-size on request, plus a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves this room.

The kitchen has Poggenpohl units and integrated Smeg appliances, including a six-ring gas range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Free wireless broadband is available. Allocated parking is provided for one car, and no pets are allowed. All duvets, linen and towels are supplied, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
