This terraced house sits in an elevated position above Dartmouth, a short walk from the town's restaurants, shops and cafes. The property suits couples or a small family wanting a base close to the river, with a ferry crossing nearby giving access to the Dartmouth Steam Railway on the opposite bank.

Inside, the lounge/diner has a window seat set into a bay window overlooking the River Dart, along with a sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV arranged around a feature fireplace. A round wooden table seats four for meals, and the kitchen has modern units beneath a beamed ceiling, fitted with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

The two bedrooms are reached by a short flight of stairs. The master bedroom has seating and a feature fireplace, with large windows looking out over the river. The second bedroom also has a feature fireplace and a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be converted to twin beds on request. There is a shower room with WC and washing machine on the ground floor, plus a first-floor bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, a terrace with outdoor furniture overlooks the river, suited to meals outdoors. A parking permit is provided for one car in a Dartmouth public car park on a first-come, first-served basis, and it can also be used in some car parks in nearby towns. Internet access is available. Guests should bring their own beach towels, and dogs are not permitted.
