8 The Pottery

8 The Pottery occupies the first floor of a Grade II listed building in Warfleet, once a paper mill, a bakery and a brewery before it became the Dartmouth Pottery. Dartmouth itself is a 10-15 minute walk away along the River Dart, with Dartmouth Castle and its tearooms a short distance in the other direction.

The apartment is reached from a second-floor landing and opens into a hallway serving all the rooms, including an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with oak flooring and original stone features. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds that can be joined into a king-size on request, given two weeks' notice. A separate family bathroom serves the second bedroom, and the flat sleeps 4 in total.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility cupboard. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and a TV with a soundbar, DVD player and Freeview box, plus WiFi, cover evenings in. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

One well-behaved pet is allowed. Allocated parking is provided for one car, and a small communal seating area sits next to the building, with a short walk down to Warfleet itself for benches, a small beach and rock pools at low tide. The apartment is strictly no smoking.
