8 Above Town

8 Above Town is a second-floor apartment in the heart of Dartmouth, Devon, reached via 28 steps that make it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility or small children. The two-bedroom apartment sleeps 4, with river views over the town from the lounge diner.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds and Smart TVs: the rear room's bed can be set up as a twin on request and has an en-suite walk-in shower, while the front room has a window seat with town and river views, served by a bathroom with a bath, a shower over and a WC. A separate cloakroom has a basin and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and a smoothie maker. Two comfortable sofas and a dining table that seats four sit in the lounge diner, with three Smart TVs and WiFi throughout. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A parking permit for the Mayors Avenue Car Park is provided for the whole stay, with time restrictions that vary by season. 8 Above Town takes two well-behaved pets, and the shop and pub are both about 0.1 miles away, with the beach around 1.1 miles off. Smoking is not permitted.
