7 Dart Marina

7 Dart Marina is a first-floor apartment in the Dart Marina development on the edge of the River Dart, a flat, leisurely walk along the embankment from Dartmouth's shops and restaurants. Each apartment in the development is individually owned and styled, and this one sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, decorated with a nautical theme that includes a large model of a trading schooner.

The kitchen has Poggenpohl units and integrated Smeg appliances, including a 6-ring gas range and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. The living and dining room opens onto an internal balcony with views up the river and across to Kingswear, and the sitting area has a flatscreen TV with Freesat, a DVD player and a surround sound system.

The master suite has a super king-size bed and a fully tiled en-suite with a Kaldewei bath, a separate shower cubicle, a wash basin, a heated towel rail and a shaver point. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds, and there's a family bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and shower over, a wash basin and a heated towel rail.

Allocated parking is provided for one car, and wireless broadband is included throughout. The apartment does not come with a spa pass for the Dart Marina Hotel & Spa, and treatments or day passes there are not available during your stay. No pets are accepted, and the flat is strictly no smoking.
