7 Charles Street

7 Charles Street is a two-bedroom cottage in the historic naval town of Dartmouth, close to the town's shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and iconic waterfront, where guests can take boat trips or go crabbing. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The ground floor is open-plan, entered straight from Charles Street, with wooden flooring throughout. The lounge has a sofa suite and a wall-mounted TV, and extends into a modern kitchen with a four-person dining table, a four-ring ceramic hob, an electric oven, an integrated dishwasher, a fridge, a small freezer, a washing machine and a microwave, plus a door out to the terrace and parking area.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are carpeted and have their own wall-mounted TVs and plenty of storage. The king-size master bedroom has views over Dartmouth market, and the second bedroom is a double. A tiled family bathroom on the first floor has a bath with a shower over, a wash basin and a towel rail, and a hairdryer is provided.

A small terrace at the rear has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining, and parking for one small or medium car is provided down a narrow side street, accessed from the rear of the cottage. Gas-fired central heating and WiFi are included, and the cottage is strictly no smoking.
