6 The Sail Loft

6 The Sail Loft is a duplex apartment on the first floor in the heart of Dartmouth, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms, with shop, pub and beach all within around a mile and a quarter. There is no outside space at the apartment itself, so it suits guests happy to be out exploring the town.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and a leather sofa set in front of a Smart TV, with a dining table for meals in. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a Dyson cool air fan for warm nights.

The king-size bedroom has a Velux window, Smart TV and its own Dyson fan, and sits next to a twin bedroom suited to younger guests, with storage for belongings. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and a heated towel rail. A highchair is available, and WiFi covers the apartment.

One well-behaved dog is accepted at 6 The Sail Loft, and smoking is not permitted. A parking permit covers the Mayors Avenue pay and display car park, subject to spaces being available. Central heating runs on gas, with fuel and power included in the rent.
