6 Court Cottage, Hillfield Village

6 Court Cottage is one of six properties in the Hillfield Village development, a four-mile drive from Dartmouth and its riverside streets, cobbled lanes and boutique shops. The cottage sleeps four across two en-suite bedrooms, with an open-plan living and dining area and a small private deck with a table and chairs.

The king-size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a handheld shower and a heated towel rail, and the twin bedroom, also en suite, opens through doors onto a furnished first-floor balcony with rural views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a fan-assisted oven, a fridge, a freezer, a washer-dryer and a microwave.

As part of Hillfield Village, guests can use the shared gardens, an all-weather tennis court and a children's play area with a climbing frame, slide and swings, though tennis rackets and balls are not provided, and barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the development. A travel cot is available on request for younger guests.

Private parking is provided directly next to the cottage for two cars. All duvets, bed linen and bath and hand towels are supplied, a flat screen TV has DVD and cinema surround sound, and 6 Court Cottage does not accept pets. The property is strictly no smoking throughout.
