This ground-floor apartment at a managed complex in Woolacombe sleeps four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room and WC; the second has a zip-and-link bed that the team can configure as twins before arrival. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the sleeping and bathing arrangement.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, while a cupboard houses the washer-dryer. A Smart TV sits in the sitting area for evenings in. The private patio outside is a good spot for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

Communal leisure facilities on the complex include a shared indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and games room. The pool, sauna and gym are each pre-bookable in one-hour slots up to two weeks before arrival by contacting the Guest Services team. Opening hours run from 9 am to 5 pm in low season and 8 am to 6 pm in high season, with these facilities closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. An external surf shower is available for rinsing off after the beach. EV charging is also bookable on the same basis.

One parking space is included. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The shop, pub and beach are all within a quarter of a mile of the complex.
