42 Dart Marina

42 Dart Marina sits on the Dartmouth waterfront, a two-storey apartment on the first and second floors with river glimpses. It sleeps 4 across two super-king-size bedrooms, both convertible to twin on request, one with its own Juliet balcony, and lift access serves the building.

A first-floor bathroom has a bath and shower over, while a second-floor shower room serves the upper level, both with underfloor heating. The open-plan living space on the second floor combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with French doors opening onto a further Juliet balcony for the fresh air.

The kitchen has wooden worktops and white units housing an electric oven and hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, and a TV with WiFi covers evenings in. A highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests, and electric central heating runs throughout, with underfloor heating in both bathrooms for cold mornings.

A designated parking space is provided, and no pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.5 miles away and the pub just 0.1 miles, both a short walk from the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
