41 Dart Marina

41 Dart Marina is a two-bedroom duplex apartment on the first and second floor of a building in the heart of Dartmouth, with river views towards Britannia Halt and the Dartmouth-Kingswear Higher Ferry, and it makes a handy base for the South West Coast Path and the town centre's waterfront attractions. Both stairs and a lift reach the apartment.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms on the entrance floor: a super king-size double, which can be made up as twin beds on request with two weeks' notice, and a king-size double. A bathroom with a bath and an over-bath shower serves this floor. Upstairs, the second-floor living space holds the open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, plus a second shower room with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, and there's a washing machine, a TV and a selection of books and games for evenings in. A desk on the landing suits anyone catching up on work during the stay, and electric heating covers the apartment throughout.

One car has an allocated parking space, with additional visitor spaces available nearby. 41 Dart Marina does not accept pets, and the apartment is strictly no smoking. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and WiFi covers the whole apartment.
