4 Keeper's Cottage, Hillfield Village

4 Keeper's Cottage is one of five refurbished properties in the Hillfield Village development, about four miles from Dartmouth with its riverside streets and boutique shops. The cottage sleeps 4 in a king-size bedroom with its own en suite and a twin room, with a fully tiled shower room on the ground floor.

The open-plan lounge and dining room has a cathedral ceiling for a sense of space, opening onto a private deck area, and a flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player sits alongside WiFi. The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, a fan-assisted oven, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer and a microwave. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath and hand towels are supplied for the stay.

Guests can use the wider Hillfield Village grounds, including landscaped gardens, an all-weather tennis court and a children's play area, all open throughout the year, though rackets and balls are not supplied for the court. Parking for 1 to 2 cars is available on site.

The cottage is strictly no smoking, and no pets are allowed. It suits a couple or small family after a quiet base within easy reach of the Start Bay coastline and its coves and beaches, with plenty of all-weather attractions nearby for days when the weather turns.
