4 Dartview

4 Dartview is a first-floor flat in Dartmouth, reached by two short flights of stairs from the communal entrance. The open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining room has views over the River Dart and out to sea, and the flat sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into twin beds on request, given two weeks' notice. A family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower serves the second bedroom.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric fan oven, a four-ring hob, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the dining area has a glass-topped table by the bay window. Gas central heating and a combi boiler cover hot water, and a Freeview TV, DVD player and full-fibre WiFi are included.

Bed linen, pillows and bath and hand towels are all supplied, though guests need to bring their own beach towels. The flat is close to the South West Coast Path and a short drive from the beaches of Start Bay, making it a good fit for a couple or a younger family exploring the area.

One garaged parking space is provided, suitable for a small to medium car only. No pets are allowed and the flat is strictly no smoking.
