4 Dart Marina

4 Dart Marina is a two-storey townhouse in the Dart Marina development on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth. The townhouse sleeps 4, with an open-plan living and dining area and kitchen on the ground floor.

French doors lead from the living area onto a furnished sun terrace with a table and chairs, looking across the car park towards the River Dart. The kitchen has Poggenpohl units and stone worktops, with integrated Smeg appliances including a four-ring gas range-style oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave.

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, which can be made up as twin beds on request with two weeks' notice, and an en suite shower room with a large shower cubicle and rainhead shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. A family bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and shower over sits on the first floor, and there is a cloakroom on the ground floor.

A Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and a sound system with speakers in each room cover evenings in, and WiFi is available throughout. One car can use the allocated parking space, and the neighbouring Dart Marina Hotel & Spa is not available to book for treatments or day passes during your stay. Gas-fired central heating covers the townhouse, and it is strictly no smoking with no pets permitted.
