A large private beachside terrace with patio and furniture looks toward Burgh Island, and one small flight of stairs, with a lift, leads down from the car park to the ground floor. The apartment shares the building's views over the sea to the south and west.

The open-plan living space has a sitting area with a window seat and a king-size sofa bed, plus a kitchen with a dining table. The apartment sleeps 6 across a king-size bedroom and a twin room with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a separate bathroom has a bath and a shower over. Electric central heating runs throughout, and the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washer/drier. A Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi are included, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels in the rent.

Off-road parking is dedicated for 1 car, with additional private visitor spaces nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.5 miles away, and the pub and beach are both around 0.4 miles.

Guests can use the development's on-site bar, restaurant, gym and indoor heated pool, though the sauna is currently out of use. Leisure facilities open daily from 10am except Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and children under 14 are not permitted in the gym. The apartment itself has no children's facilities.
