2 The Bay

2 The Bay is a duplex apartment in Bigbury-on-Sea itself, around two miles from the village of Bigbury. The open-plan living space has a fully fitted kitchen and a dining table seating six, and a patio door opens onto a balcony with views across Bigbury bay, a good spot for a meal outdoors.

A ground-floor twin bedroom, which can be made up as a super-king on request, has its own walk-in shower, while the bathroom with a bath and shower over sits upstairs alongside the king-size bedroom on the first floor. A separate cloakroom with WC and basin serves the ground floor.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the sitting area has a TV with BT YouView, a DVD player, an iPod dock and a Bose Bluetooth speaker, alongside WiFi. Central heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent.

One car can use the designated parking space, and children must be supervised on the balcony, which is enclosed. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach just 0.1 miles from the door.
