4 Armada House

4 Armada House is a duplex apartment in Hope Cove, with the living space upstairs and all three bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. The apartment sleeps 6 and takes up to two well-behaved dogs, depending on breed and size.

Upstairs, an open-plan living room and fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, double oven and grill, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, an integrated washer/dryer, a fridge, a countertop freezer and a dishwasher, plus a TV and DVD player. WiFi with a 50Mb connection and a parental lock covers the apartment.

Downstairs, the double bedroom and twin room sit alongside the bunk room, which enjoys fantastic sea views. A family bathroom with a bath and shower head completes the ground floor. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided, though guests need their own tea towels.

Parking is available in the village car park around 50 metres from the property, at an additional cost, and there is a bay to the rear for unloading only. The property is strictly no smoking, and the coastal footpath towards Salcombe and Bigbury-on-Sea can be joined nearby. Salcombe and Kingsbridge are each around five miles from Hope Cove, which has two beaches with sand and rock pools.
