5 Chichester Court

5 Chichester Court is a second-floor apartment in an exclusive development of six apartments in Hope Cove, less than a minute's walk from the village's three beaches, pubs, restaurants and shop. The combined dining and living area opens through French doors onto a private, south-facing balcony with patio furniture and sea views, and the South West Coast Path towards Salcombe and Thurlestone is easily reached from the door.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a spacious king-size master with built-in storage and an en-suite shower room, a twin room with 3-foot beds, and a third bedroom with a small double bed and wardrobe. A family bathroom has a bath, a wash-hand basin and a heated towel rail.

The modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine/dryer, a fridge with an ice compartment and a microwave, and the dining table seats six for evening meals. The living area has a TV with DVD player and free wireless broadband, and hot water and heating run on electric immersion and night storage heaters.

Guests share use of the development's communal gardens, though the steep gradient makes them unsuitable for young children. One allocated visitor parking space and an unreserved visitors bay are provided, with further parking usually available in the village. No pets are permitted and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
