This single-storey property sits in Hope Cove, a fishing village with two beaches within walking distance. It sleeps six plus a baby across three bedrooms, making it suited to a family or small group wanting everything on one level.

The lounge diner is the heart of the property, with a wood-burner (logs not included), a smart TV and a dining table seating six beside patio doors that open onto the garden. The kitchen next door has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, air fryer, wine fridge and dishwasher. Three steps lead down to a bright conservatory with additional seating, board games, books and a TV, and this room provides access to one of the doubles, which has its own en-suite shower room and WC down a further three steps.

The remaining two bedrooms are a king-size room and a double, served by a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside, an enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a patio area near the house holding a table, chairs and a BBQ. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.

One dog is welcome, though dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms, and additional charges may apply. A beach, shops, a pub and a restaurant are within a mile, and Salcombe lies a short drive away with further shops, eateries and water sports for those wanting to range further afield.
