36 Crowthers Hill

36 Crowthers Hill is a house near the River Dart and Dartmouth Harbour in Dartmouth, reached via one of the town's steepest roads. The house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, spread over three floors.

The sitting room on the ground floor has a woodburning stove and two sofas, with a window through to the kitchen/diner where Velux windows bring in daylight and elevated glimpses of the town. Up an open staircase, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail serves the first-floor double bedroom, which has views over the town. A second, steeper staircase with a rope bannister leads to a second-floor family room with two double beds set at either end under the eaves.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, and the dining table sits in the kitchen/diner. WiFi covers the house, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove is included in the rent.

Outside, a multi-level rear garden has decking, patio, furniture and a barbecue, with sun loungers looking over the river and the rooftops of Dartmouth. 36 Crowthers Hill takes one well-behaved dog, kept downstairs and off the furniture. Roadside parking is available nearby, and the steep hill access and narrow second-floor staircase may not suit guests with limited mobility.
