34 Dart Marina

34 Dart Marina is a second-floor apartment on the marina in Dartmouth, reached by a broad staircase or a lift, with a designated parking space for one car. It sleeps 4 across two super king-size bedrooms, each convertible to twin beds on request, and a balcony off the living area looks out over the River Dart.

The master bedroom has its own Smart TV and a fully tiled en-suite with a bath and separate walk-in shower cubicle. The second bedroom sits close by with the same super king-size bed and Smart TV, and a further bathroom across the hallway has a bath with shower over. Bi-fold doors in the living/dining room open onto the balcony, and a circular table seats four, extending to six.

The kitchen has white Poggenpohl units, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine, plus its own river views. Three Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix, a DAB Bluetooth radio and WiFi cover the apartment, and gas central heating runs throughout.

The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.7 miles. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. Bed configuration requests, including single beds, need at least two to three weeks' notice before arrival.
