304 Norton Park

304 Norton Park sits in a chalet development just outside the centre of Dartmouth, close enough for an evening in town but away from the crowds. The whole property is on one level, with two bedrooms and a shower room arranged around an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, sleeping 4 in a double bedroom and a twin room with 2'6" beds.

The open-plan living space has sofas around a TV with DVD player and a PlayStation for evenings in, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. Electric heaters cover the chalet, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are supplied.

Outside, guests share communal lawn areas with picnic benches with the rest of the Norton Park development, a spot for children to play while the adults take a seat at a bench. Off-road parking is provided and WiFi covers the property throughout. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome here.

There are 3 steps leading into 304 Norton Park, worth noting if anyone in your group finds steps difficult. Smoking is not permitted inside. The nearest shop is 0.9 miles away and the nearest pub 1.6 miles, both an easy drive or walk from the chalet.
