30 Dart Marina

30 Dart Marina is a ground-floor apartment overlooking the river and marina in the heart of Dartmouth, within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The open-plan living space holds a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture and views across the water.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a king-size with its own en-suite bathroom, fitted with a bath, a hand-held shower, a walk-in shower and a WC, plus a twin bedroom served by a second bathroom with a bath and shower over. There are two steps up into the en-suite shower, worth knowing if anyone in your group has trouble with steps.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a five-ring gas hob, a microwave, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher, with a separate washer/dryer besides. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and WiFi covers the apartment throughout.

One car can park in the allocated space, and the shop is 0.3 miles away, with the pub and the River Dart just 0.1 miles from the door. 30 Dart Marina does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted.
