26 Above Town is a duplex apartment set over the lower-ground and ground floors in Dartmouth, reached via a steep and narrow access road with six steps to the property. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The lower-ground-floor double bedroom is reached by eight further steps, which may not suit guests with limited mobility, and a bunk nook with full-size bunk beds sits off the living area, a practical option for children. A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC serves both bedrooms.

The kitchen has a range electric oven, gas hob, microwave, freezer, a washer/dryer, kettle and toaster, and the living/dining room has a Smart TV. WiFi covers the apartment, gas central heating runs throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
