22 Dart Marina

22 Dart Marina sits on the top floor of a development beside the river in Dartmouth, reached by a lift rather than stairs. Wide windows in the open-plan lounge and dining room look up the River Dart towards Kingswear, and the flat sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin room whose two single beds can be zipped together into a super king-size bed on request, and there is a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.

The kitchen is fitted with a Smeg six-ring gas hob, a Smeg multi-function oven, a built-in fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, plus a Nespresso coffee machine. A 50-inch smart TV serves the living area, the bedrooms have their own TVs with Freeview, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker covers music through the flat. WiFi runs on full-fibre broadband.

One car can use the allocated parking space, and the embankment walk into Dartmouth's shops and restaurants is flat and level. Children under 6 are not accepted at the property, and it is strictly no smoking with no pets allowed.
