21 Dart Marina

21 Dart Marina is a first-floor apartment in Dartmouth, reached by two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift, with views up the River Dart and across to Kingswear from the living area. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a semi-circular window opens fully to create a Juliette balcony over the water.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a fully tiled en suite with a Kaldewei bath and a spacious separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin, with beds that can be zipped together into a super king-size on request, and there's a family bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and shower over close by.

The lounge has plenty of seating, a 42 inch TV and a Sonos surround sound system, and the dining table sits in front of the bay window for river views over meals. The kitchen is fitted with Poggenpohl units and integrated Smeg appliances, including a 6-ring gas range, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, and a highchair is available.

21 Dart Marina welcomes one dog, and guests have 1 allocated parking space. Dartmouth's restaurants, shops and cobbled streets are a short, flat walk along the embankment, and the coast at Start Bay is around a 10 minute drive away. Smoking is not permitted.
