2 The Sail Loft occupies the ground floor of a renovated sail house in Dartmouth, with the town centre and harbour both within half a mile. The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, and both bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on this ground floor. Dartmouth Castle lies 1.5 miles away, along with the Dartmouth Steam Railway crossing point half a mile from the property, and the beaches at Castle Cove and Sugary Cove, also 1.5 miles distant.

Inside, an open-plan space combines kitchen, dining and lounge areas, finished with marble tiling and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher and a washer/dryer, giving guests everything needed to cook for themselves during a longer stay.

The master bedroom is a king-size room and the second a twin, and both are fitted with their own Smart TV for evenings spent relaxing. A single bathroom serves both bedrooms, fitted with a shower over the bath, WC, underfloor heating and heated towel rails for added comfort on cooler mornings.

There is no private outdoor space attached to this town-centre apartment, though an allocated parking permit for the nearby Mayors Avenue public car park is included, subject to available spaces, a useful benefit in a town where parking can be difficult to find. Internet access is provided throughout, and a shop and pub are both within half a mile, with the nearest beach around 1.5 miles away. Guests should bring their own beach towels, and dogs are not accepted at this property. During December the apartment is decorated for Christmas. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
