2 Keeper's Cottage, Hillfield Village

2 Keeper's Cottage stands in the Hillfield Village development, about four miles from Dartmouth and its riverside streets. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms over two floors: a ground-floor king-size room with its own en suite, and an upstairs twin gallery room, with a further shower room on the ground floor.

Downstairs, the open-plan lounge and dining room opens onto a private deck, a quiet spot away from the rest of the development. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a fan-assisted oven, a fridge, a freezer and a washer/dryer, and a flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player sits in the lounge alongside WiFi. All duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied, though beach towels are not included.

Guests staying at Hillfield Village can use the development's own gardens, an all-weather tennis court and a children's play area, all open year-round, though rackets and balls for the tennis court are not provided. On-site parking covers 1 to 2 cars, and a travel cot is available on request.

The cottage is strictly no smoking, and barbecues are not permitted anywhere at Hillfield Village. It makes a quiet base for a couple or a small family exploring the coves and beaches along the Start Bay coastline, with a number of all-weather attractions also within easy driving distance for a rainy day.
