2 Embankment House

2 Embankment House is a second-floor apartment on the Dartmouth waterfront, reached via an internal staircase, with views over the bobbing boats towards Kingswear and out to the river mouth. It sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms, one with its own TV, served by a shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The open-plan living room has a monochrome sitting area with an electric fire and a balcony with seating, a good spot for a drink on a warm evening while the light plays over the water. A dining space seats guests for a home-cooked meal, and the kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a washing machine.

Gas central heating runs through the apartment alongside the electric fire, and a Smart TV with DVD player and WiFi cover evenings in. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A parking permit for a single car is provided for the nearby Mayors Avenue car park, though times and restrictions vary through the year and spaces are subject to availability. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are both within 0.1 miles.
