2 De Courcey House

2 De Courcey House is a first-floor apartment in Dartmouth, a short walk from the harbour, a shop and a pub, all around 0.1 miles away. Steps lead up to the apartment from the main entrance, and inside two en-suite bedrooms sleep 4 in an open-plan layout with air conditioning throughout. The town sits within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the banks of the River Dart estuary.

Both bedrooms are king-size and en suite: one can be made up as a twin or super king-size bed on request, with at least two weeks' notice. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area brings the living space together, and a Juliet balcony off the sitting room lets in the sea air, a good spot for a quiet moment before heading out.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, and three Smart TVs cover the bedrooms and sitting room, alongside WiFi. Gas central heating runs through the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are also supplied.

One car can use the allocated parking space, and an EV charging point is available, though there's a weekly charge for EV charging payable direct to the owner. No pets are allowed, and the apartment is strictly no smoking. Dartmouth Castle, Bayard's Cove and Blackpool Sands beach are all within a short drive, and Totnes with its castle is around 12 miles away by road.
