2 Court Cottage, Hillfield Village

2 Court Cottage sits in Hillfield Village, a countryside development near Dartmouth, with landscaped grounds, a children's play area and an outdoor tennis court shared by residents. The cottage is arranged over two floors and sleeps 4 in two en-suite bedrooms.

The ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a shower over it. The first-floor twin bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and opens onto a private balcony. The cottage is reached by several steps, including steps down from the parking area and steps up to the entrance, so it isn't suited to anyone with limited mobility.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus Digital Freesat TV and WiFi over 4G broadband. An enclosed veranda with patio furniture gives a sheltered spot for meals outside.

There is one designated parking space plus further on-site parking within Hillfield Village, though there are no EV charge points here; the nearest public fast charger is at Lidl in Dartmouth, about 2.2 miles away. The shop is 2.1 miles off and the pub 1.4 miles, and the cottage is no pets and no smoking.
