18 Southtown

18 Southtown occupies the ground floor of a Georgian property in Dartmouth, a five-minute walk from the nearest shop and three minutes from the nearest pub. The sitting room has a large window with views over the river, the countryside and the hills beyond, plus a flat screen TV and a log-effect fire for evenings in.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a double overlooking the river with an en suite shower room, and a twin. A family bathroom has a bath and basin, and a separate cloakroom holds a second WC. The open-plan kitchen and diner seats four for meals, with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer.

The whole cottage is on the ground floor. Outside is a rear courtyard area, and period wooden furniture runs through the rooms. Gas central heating and WiFi cover the apartment, and bed linen and towels are supplied.

There is no parking at the property itself; a permit is provided for the town centre car park or the Park and Ride, with seasonal time restrictions in summer. 18 Southtown does not accept pets, and children under 7 are not permitted, though babes in arms are welcome. The apartment is strictly no smoking.
