15 Dartmouth House

15 Dartmouth House occupies the second floor of a development in Mayors Avenue, Dartmouth, a few metres' level walk from the embankment and the River Dart. The town's specialist shops, galleries and restaurants are within easy reach, and a lift runs up from the secure underground parking space, where one car can be left.

A hallway opens onto a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, with a breakfast bar, a wooden dining table seating six, and a Juliet balcony looking out towards the river. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher alongside its cooking appliances, and the sitting area has a TV, DVD player and WiFi.

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed that can be split into twins on request, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and its own French doors onto the Juliet balcony with two seats for the view. The second bedroom is a double with bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe, and a family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower serves both rooms.

Twin-bed requests need at least two weeks' notice before arrival. Children under 5 are not permitted at 15 Dartmouth House, no pets are allowed, and the property is strictly no smoking. The building sits close to the fairground site used during Dartmouth Regatta, worth noting if you are booking for that week.
