15 Dart Marina

15 Dart Marina is a first-floor apartment on the Dart Marina development at Dartmouth, on the edge of the River Dart, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The furnished balcony has views up the river and across to Kingswear, a good spot for breakfast before the day's plans.

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be zip-linked into a super king-size on request, and both bedrooms have a TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player, alongside a family bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and shower over.

The kitchen has Poggenpohl units with a six-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso pod machine, and the living area has a widescreen television with Freeview and a music system. WiFi covers the apartment, and all duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

15 Dart Marina does not accept smoking or pets, and it is not suitable for children under 5. Allocated parking is provided for one car, and it's a flat, level walk along the embankment from the apartment into Dartmouth's shops and restaurants.

Each of the two bedrooms benefits from its own TV, and the master's en-suite bathroom is fully tiled. With two bathrooms serving two bedrooms, the apartment suits either a couple wanting extra space or two couples travelling together.
