14 Burgh Island Causeway is a first-floor apartment in Bigbury-on-Sea, with Challaborough along the coast nearby. It sits above the beach with views toward Burgh Island, and steps lead down from the car park to a wooden platform at the front door. The open-plan living room has a kitchen with granite surfaces, a dining area and a sitting area leading out to a balcony with furniture.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite bath and hand-held shower, and a twin room with an en-suite shower. Electric central heating runs throughout, and the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a wine cooler. A Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi are included, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered in the rent.

Designated parking is provided for 2 cars, and a travel cot is available on request. No pets are accepted and smoking is not permitted. The pub is around 0.2 miles away and the beach around 0.1 miles.

Guests share use of the development's indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym, open daily from 10am except Christmas Day, though children under 14 are not permitted in the gym or sauna. An on-site restaurant serves food, with hours reduced outside the high season.
