12 Dartmouth House is a second-floor apartment in the Dartmouth House development on Mayors Avenue, a level walk from the embankment and the River Dart in Dartmouth. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, opening from an entrance hallway into an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with double French doors onto a Juliet balcony.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and grill, four-ring gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area has a lacquered table for four, and the sitting area has two double sofas, a Smart TV and a DAB radio/CD player.

The master bedroom has a metal-framed king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and dressing table, with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, and a family bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower serves the rest of the apartment.

Secure underground parking is provided for one car, reached by a lift, and WiFi covers the apartment. One dog is permitted, subject to the owner's permission and depending on breed. Dartmouth's shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, along with Royal Avenue Gardens, are all within easy reach, and it is strictly no smoking.
