11 Ridge Hill

11 Ridge Hill sits on the lower part of Ridge Hill, opposite the Royal Naval College and a short walk from the centre of Dartmouth. Three steps lead up to the front door of this ground-floor apartment, which sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a super king-size bed that splits into twins on request, plus a tiled en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a separate family bathroom with a bath serves the flat. Oak flooring runs through the open-plan living area, where two sofas face a wall-mounted TV and an electric wood-effect stove, and a circular table seats four for meals.

The galley kitchen has oak worktops and floors, a range cooker with a six-ring gas hob, griddle and wok burner, plus double electric ovens, an integrated dishwasher and washing machine, a Belfast sink, and a fridge/freezer with a water dispenser. A microwave and flat screen TV round out the living space.

Doors from the living area lead out to an enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture, with glimpses of the River Dart between the rooftops. Bed linen, pillows and towels are supplied for the stay, though beach towels are not included.

No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. No parking permit is provided with this apartment, so visitors rely on street parking or one of the town's car parks. A short steep hill and three steps lead up to the front door.
