Church Barn

Church Barn is a converted property with a rustic brick and timber exterior, near the hamlet of Sutcombe, about 2.5 miles from Bradworthy, with countryside views from the kitchen and living areas. The living/dining room has wooden flooring and a full-length window beside the dining table, and the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a wardrobe space and are served by a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC: a king-size with views over the surrounding greenery, and a twin with a Velux window. The cottage sleeps 4, and electric central heating, a Smart TV and WiFi cover the property, with bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Outside, a non-enclosed garden with a lawn sits raised above the parking level, reached via off-road parking for 3 cars, with extra roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop and pub are 2.5 miles away, and a river runs 0.6 miles from the cottage.

Church Barn takes one well-behaved dog. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and a returnable housekeeping bond applies to every booking made here.
