Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area centres on a wood burner with Chesterfield sofas and a Smart TV; a barn door leads through to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a shower over the bath, and a utility room with washing machine sits alongside. Upstairs, two bedrooms sit under the eaves: a king-size and a double.

The enclosed split-level garden has a gravelled patio with bench seating, a lawned section and flower beds. On-street parking is available for one car. Up to two dogs are welcome, and a pet pack including bed, bowls, towel and treats is provided alongside a general welcome pack. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and the property is dressed for Christmas stays.
