Orchard Cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite shower room, a double room served by a bathroom with free-standing bath, and a super-king-size zip-and-link room with its own en-suite shower room that can be made up as a twin on request. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range-style cooker, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave, and built-in coffee machine, while the open-plan lounge and dining room has bi-fold doors to the garden and an 85-inch Smart TV.

A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and downstairs WC completes the layout. Outside, a mainly lawned garden is bordered by shrubs, trees, and flowerbeds, with seating for outdoor meals. Private parking for three cars is available, and a fishing lake lies 50 metres away. The cottage features original stone and cob work along with oak beams and flooring, and please note there are low beams on the upper floor and a private water supply. Dogs are not accepted at this property.
