This restored retreat sits on a non-working farm near Loxbeare, close to Tiverton, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. Walkers can head out directly onto nearby bridleways and lanes from the property.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room makes the most of an apex ceiling with exposed beams and large windows looking out over the surrounding fields. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, while the lounge area has a Smart TV. A separate WC completes this floor, and a utility room with washer/dryer sits off the entrance hall downstairs.

The king-size bedroom is on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom, set up as a zip-and-link that can be converted to super-king on request, is reached via six steps and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Fast fibre broadband covers the whole property, and both bedrooms and the kitchen island have USB charging points.

Outside, a south-east-facing patio by the entrance door holds a bistro table and chairs, with a spray hose nearby for washing boots or dogs. An enclosed garden in front of the retreat has further seating and a gas barbecue. Private parking for two cars is provided on site, along with electric vehicle charging. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
