Bradiford

Bradiford is a village near the market town of Barnstaple in North Devon. Anvil Cottage sits here, a cottage of around 200 years old with three bedrooms and space for four guests plus two dogs. The lounge keeps its original beams alongside a wood burner and a Smart TV, while an open-plan kitchen/diner at the rear opens through patio doors onto a south-facing tiered garden fitted with patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

Inside, the layout spreads across three floors: two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a super-king zip-and-link bed that converts to twins, and a quirky twin room with a TV and games console on the top floor under steep steps. A single bathroom has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is equipped with a range-style electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and roadside parking is available outside, subject to availability.
