Kings Heanton

Kings Heanton is a quiet hamlet in the North Devon countryside, set within working farmland. Johns Retreat is a converted barn studio accommodating two guests, with one super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom that can be made into twin beds on request, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC, and a fully equipped kitchen including an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. A Smart TV and comfy sofa make evenings in easy, and one dog is welcome.

Outside, Johns Retreat has an enclosed garden with a private hot tub, fire pit, charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture, along with private parking for one car. The property sits on a working farm, which shapes the character of the setting throughout a stay.
