Wyndham Villa

This spacious villa sits in the older part of Braunton, a North Devon village with independent shops, pubs and restaurants close by. The property is arranged over three floors and suits families or groups of up to eight sharing four bedrooms.

The ground floor opens into a hallway leading to a living room with a wood burner and a separate dining room with a large table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a second fridge, and there is a useful utility room, a boot room with a hose, and a cloakroom with a separate WC. On the first floor, a super-king-size bedroom has rooftop views and an en-suite shower room, while two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a free-standing bath, underfloor heating and a separate shower cubicle. The second floor holds a king-size bedroom, a shower room, and a snug with a corner sofa that works well as extra space for older children or teenagers.

A garden with a decked area looks out across Braunton and is reached via the snug on the upper floor, along a walkway, so it is not accessed directly from the ground-floor living space. The property has a washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available for younger visitors.

Parking is on-street rather than in a private driveway or off-road space. No pets are permitted at this property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
