Wellswood Mews

Wellswood Mews is a two-bedroom property in Torquay that sleeps four across a king-size room and a twin, both on the first floor. The first-floor family bathroom is tiled and contemporary, with a bath, shower attachment, WC and a skylight above. On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink unit, WC and shaving point, along with a kitchen-diner seating four by the window and a sitting room furnished with a three-seater sofa, armchair and a 32-inch Smart TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 60/40 fridge-freezer and microwave. Underfloor heating and electricity are included in the cost, Wi-Fi is provided, and one allocated space in the private car park directly in front of the property comes with every booking. Bed linen and towels are included; please bring your own beach towels.

A paved front patio has outdoor furniture for alfresco dining or an evening drink. The hot tub is available for private use from Easter to 31 October only, so winter bookings should plan without it. The patio is not enclosed. Two medium-sized dogs are welcome; please bring their own bed.

Families with young children can request a travel cot and highchair in advance. The property is non-smoking throughout, arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00, with Saturday changeovers and short breaks available.
