Sitting on the second floor of a harbour-front building in Torquay, this apartment sleeps four and looks directly out over the marina. Large windows and French doors span the width of the open-plan living and dining room, and a long balcony runs the full length of the front, furnished with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and its own balcony access; the second bedroom is twin with use of the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and a Nespresso machine. Bring your own pods. A Smart TV is provided, and binoculars and a telescope are on hand to make the most of the harbour outlook. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children, and guests have shared access to the apartment building's gardens.

Parking is unallocated on-street within 0.1 miles, so the apartment suits visitors happy to arrive without a car. No dogs are accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Shops, pubs and restaurants are within a few hundred metres, and the South West Coastal Path is accessible from the town for coastal walking. Dartmoor National Park lies around 15 miles inland for those wanting a change of scenery during their stay.
