Apartment 10 is an apartment at Torquay Apartments in Torquay, with one step up to the property. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area includes a sofa bed that sleeps an additional two guests alongside the king-size bedroom, taking the apartment to 4 in total. A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC completes the layout.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and the sitting area has a TV and WiFi.
