The double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower room, while two further singles with four-poster beds share a bathroom with a bath and shower over. The open-plan living space has a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, plus a dining and sitting area with a TV. A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are in the shared external utility room rather than inside the apartment. Off-road private parking is provided for 1 car, with an additional free car park nearby.

Guests get free entry to the on-site Watermouth Castle Family Theme Park and use of the estate's seasonal indoor heated pool, open 8.30am to 5pm and measuring 10m by 4m. A shared patio with garden furniture opens onto the 50-acre grounds, and a cot and highchair are available on request. There is a lake and pond within the grounds, so keep an eye on children and pets near the water.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside, and the apartment does not accept one-night bookings. The shop is 1.7 miles away, the pub 0.8 miles and the beach 0.5 miles.
